Product Description
The 6H Turret Milling Machine is engineered for broad metal cutting applications, combining both vertical and horizontal milling functionalities. It is capable of mounting a variety of milling cutters directly or with attachments, enabling efficient machining of flat surfaces, inclined planes, keyways, and grooves, as well as performing turning, reaming, and boring operations.
The machine’s milling head provides extensive movement, rotating 90° horizontally and 45° vertically, with a sliding saddle that can rotate a full 360°, ensuring optimal flexibility and precision for complex machining tasks.
Featuring a 10-speed spindle with a wide speed range and 5 HP motor power, the 6H and 6HW models meet diverse machining requirements while maintaining high accuracy and reliability. Both models share identical technical specifications and dimensions.
All machines undergo over 48 hours of continuous testing after assembly, including laser interferometry and circularity inspections, supported by comprehensive quality records for each unit to ensure prompt after-sales service and spare parts availability.
