The CK40-1000 Slant Bed CNC Lathe is a high-performance machine designed for turning medium- to large-sized workpieces requiring longer machining lengths. Its 30° slant-bed design ensures optimal chip flow and improved structural rigidity, making it suitable for demanding machining environments in automotive, aerospace, and mechanical manufacturing industries.

This model features a 4000 RPM high-speed spindle driven by a 7.5 kW motor, with a spindle bore of Φ65mm and equipped with an 8-inch hydraulic chuck capable of handling bar stock up to Φ48mm. It supports a maximum machining diameter of Φ400mm and a machining length of 900mm, offering flexibility across various component types.

The use of precision linear guideways ensures rapid feed rates of 20 m/min on both X and Z axes, contributing to higher productivity and reduced cycle times. The tailstock features manual movement with a long 800mm travel range and a 120mm hydraulic/manual sleeve stroke, providing reliable support for long workpieces.
