The CK40-750 Slant Bed CNC Lathe is engineered for high-efficiency turning operations of medium-sized parts. With a 30° slant bed layout, it offers optimized chip disposal, greater rigidity, and ergonomic operator access, making it ideal for precision parts machining across automotive, aerospace, and tooling industries.
It features a powerful 7.5kW spindle motor capable of reaching 4000 RPM, a 65mm spindle bore, and an 8-inch hydraulic chuck that accommodates up to 48mm bar stock. The machine supports up to Φ400mm turning diameter and 700mm turning length, making it versatile for a wide range of components.
The CK40-750 uses high-precision linear guideways on both axes, enabling rapid movements up to 20 m/min and smooth cutting performance. Positioning and repeatability are kept within tight tolerances—0.016mm and 0.008mm respectively—ensuring consistent high-quality output.
