The CK61100 Flat Bed CNC Lathe is engineered for heavy-duty turning of large-diameter and long-length components. With a swing over bed of 1000mm and a maximum machining length of up to 5000mm, it is ideal for energy, shipbuilding, petroleum, and heavy equipment industries.
This lathe features a high-power 15kW main spindle driven by a 3-speed mechanical gearbox with variable frequency drive, allowing for stepless speed adjustment between 18 and 600 RPM. The spindle’s 104mm bore and C11 nose interface provide outstanding rigidity and load capacity for oversized workpieces.
The X and Z axes offer long travel ranges—up to 505mm and 4800mm respectively—supported by precision ground ball screws (X: 32×05mm, Z: 63×10mm) and fast traverse speeds of 4000/5000 mm/min. The machine achieves an accuracy of IT6–IT7 and a surface finish of Ra1.6, suitable for both roughing and fine finishing operations.
A standard 4-position electric turret accommodates 35×35mm tools, with an optional 6-station turret for increased versatility. The heavy-duty tailstock, with a 125mm diameter quill and Morse Taper No.6, ensures rigid support for long and heavy parts.
The CK61100 is equipped with the GSK980TDC control system as standard, with optional support for KND, FANUC, or Siemens platforms. All machines undergo rigorous 48-hour operational testing, including laser interferometry and circularity inspection, ensuring high reliability and quality assurance for end users.
