The CK6163 Flat Bed CNC Lathe is engineered for heavy-duty machining of large-diameter components. With a maximum swing of 630mm over the bed and 350mm over the carriage, and machining lengths of 1000mm or 1500mm, this lathe is ideal for large parts in industries such as energy, rail, heavy machinery, and oil equipment.

Its powerful spindle system incorporates a 100mm bore and a C11 spindle nose, delivering reliable torque and rigidity for demanding cuts. The mechanical 3-speed gearbox supports stepless variable speeds from 25 to 850 RPM, offering both flexibility and stability for roughing and finishing operations.

Precision ball screws (X: Ø32/5, Z: Ø50/10) and high-performance servo motors provide fast and accurate feed with positioning precision of X: 0.03mm / Z: 0.04mm, and repeatability of X: 0.012mm / Z: 0.016mm. Combined with IT6–IT7 accuracy and Ra1.6 surface finish capability, it ensures top-level machining results.

The machine is fitted with a standard 4-position electric turret and supports an optional 6-position version, accommodating 32×32mm tooling. The tailstock features a robust MT6 taper and 250mm stroke, meeting the needs of deep-hole operations and long part support.

Each CK6163 undergoes over 48 hours of endurance testing and comprehensive accuracy checks, including laser interferometry and circularity verification, ensuring consistency and long-term performance. Quality tracking and component traceability are maintained for all units, ensuring fast service response and parts availability.
