The CK6166 Flat Bed CNC Lathe is built to handle large-scale turning applications with excellent precision and durability. With a bed swing of 660mm and a machining length of up to 2000mm, this machine is ideal for the energy, heavy machinery, and oil & gas industries.
Its 80mm spindle bore and ISO-C6(C8) nose provide ample capacity for larger-diameter workpieces. Powered by an 11kW main motor, the lathe delivers robust cutting capabilities. The machine employs a 3-speed gearbox and stepless frequency conversion to achieve spindle speeds ranging from 60 to 1600 RPM, ensuring smooth transitions between roughing and finishing operations.
The precision feed system features an X-axis travel of 320mm and Z-axis travel options from 600mm to 1850mm, with rapid traverse speeds of 4 m/min (X) and 8 m/min (Z). The repeatability accuracy of 0.001mm ensures reliable, consistent machining performance.
Fitted with a 4-station electric turret (optional 6-position), and supporting 32×32mm tool shanks, the CK6166 provides flexibility in tooling for a wide variety of turning tasks. A large tailstock quill (φ100mm) with MT5 taper and 200mm stroke enhances workpiece support during long or heavy-duty operations.
