Product Description
The TCK550 Slant Bed CNC Lathe is a compact and high-precision turning solution engineered for machining small to medium-sized workpieces. Designed with a 45° slant bed structure and linear guideways, it ensures superior rigidity, chip removal efficiency, and long-term geometric accuracy.
This model is powered by a 7.5 kW motor and features a high-speed spindle capable of reaching up to 4000 RPM. Its Φ65 mm spindle bore and 8-inch hydraulic chuck make it suitable for both bar and chucking operations. The machine accommodates workpieces up to Φ400 mm in diameter and 550 mm in length.
Both X and Z axes offer rapid traverse speeds of 20 m/min, and a cutting feed rate of 1–6000 mm/min, enabling high productivity. The hydraulic tailstock provides 350 mm of movement and 120 mm of sleeve stroke, enhancing support for longer or heavier workpieces.
As with all of our CNC machines, the TCK550 undergoes over 48 hours of continuous operation testing and advanced metrology inspections such as laser interferometry and circular testing. Comprehensive production and component records ensure rapid after-sales service and efficient parts support.
